How we process personal data
Data controller
The controller of personal data is the operator of the tamperetram.com site. For any questions relating to data protection, contact [email protected].
What data we collect
Contact-form data. When you send us a message, we process your name, email address and the content of the message. The basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We use the data only to answer your question and keep it for no more than two years.
Server logs. The web server automatically records the IP address, the time of the request, the browser type and the referring page. The basis for processing is legitimate interest in ensuring security and troubleshooting; logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Statistics. If visitor analytics are in use on the site, the data is processed in aggregate and with an anonymised IP address.
Disclosure of data
We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed on our behalf by our web-hosting and email service providers and by the content delivery network Cloudflare, which keep the site running and secure.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Finnish Data Protection Act.

Data security
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The contact form is protected by spam filtering (a honeypot field and reCAPTCHA), which collects no personal data other than that needed to detect spam.
